Bill Regan is a Massachusetts-based visual artist and writer whose childhood was steeped in film noir and pulp fiction. He earned a BA from the School of the Museum of Fine Arts at Tufts University and an MFA from Bard College. Bill's career has included teaching art and sobriety skills, respectively, to people of all ages.
