Master's and PhD in Education from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio). Graduated in Geography from the State University of Rio de Janeiro (UERJ). She worked as a pedagogical coordinator from 2003 to 2011 in a public school. She currently works as a primary school geography teacher in the city of Rio de Janeiro.
