He, implicitly or even explicitly, offered either neocolonialism or escape as possible solutions for Easterners.
Autorenporträt
Mohamed Roshdy Wez, an MA in English Literature, Alexandria University, Egypt and a teacher of English for almost 20 years. The writer also developed a special interest in studying and highlighting the critical relation between the West and the Orient. He traced this in his study on the whole oeuvre of V S Naipaul who himself, a mix of both worlds.
