MSc. Ejona Duçi a obtenu un excellent diplôme de BSc en finance et un MSc en administration des affaires. Elle est actuellement maître de conférences à l'université "Aleksandër Moisiu" de Durrës. Mme Duçi est l'auteur de deux livres et de nombreux articles publiés dans des revues scientifiques internationales. Elle a également participé à de nombreuses conférences internationales.
