For a few years now, French companies have understood the challenges of digital technology and the importance of accessing it. The strength of digital technology is that it reinvents the business model and its functioning: strategy, organization and collaborative environment. Faced with the emergence of new cultures and with the advent of the Internet, new digital solutions are participating in the internal digitalization: collaborative workspaces accessible via the web; are thus changing the working environment of employees. This academic and professional thesis is based on the notion of collaboration through new business tools, the place of knowledge in the company and the importance of the values it leads to. Indeed, in its digital transformation project, EDF seeks to increase the productivity of its employees through the use of collaborative tools in order to be more responsive to customer needs and competition. This experience allowed me to familiarize myself with the aspects of change management in particular.
