This study investigates the impact of community involvement on school discipline. This impact of community involvement includes the support and assistance that community can offer to improve learner discipline in schools. The study was conducted in five schools in the Tswaing Cluster within Maquassi Hills Area Office of Dr Kenneth Kaunda district in Sannieshof. The purpose of this study was to investigate the impact of community involvement on discipline in schools, meaning how community impact positive or negatively on discipline in schools. Furthermore, this study comprises of three important parts that are generated by the research questions. These three parts are the types of undisciplined behaviour of learners; the impact of community towards undisciplined behaviours of learners and the support of community to control undisciplined behaviour of learners. The main recommendation is that schools and the Department of education should strengthen the working relationship with the community members and community organisations in order to achieve the goal of creating conducive teaching and learning environment.
