Retail outlet is a comfortable place for the consumers to buy fish products. However, Covid 19 a global pandemic which has made billions of people to stay at home and close down of the shops continuously may affect the retailers financially who depend on this business as a primary income. But it also paves a path for new opportunity like online marketing of fish products. Consequently, the researcher decided to make a study on the impact of COVID-19 in fish retailing industry. Moreover, the researcher wanted to make a comparative study with special reference to Madurai and Dindigul districts, Tamilnadu, India.
