With the increasing number of international students enrolled in UCSI University, primarily from Africa, China, and the Middle East, there might be some communication difficulties among them due to cultural differences. As a result, students must be able to consider how they can enrich their cross-cultural experiences and overcome cultural barriers to communication within this academic setting. This study is mainly conducted with the objective of bringing awareness to students about cross-cultural research to enlighten their effective communications skills within the University and out of the university. Ultimately for any success to be achieved in the academic institution the main factor involved is communication.
