This study intends to provide a contribution to senior managers, as well as to academia and designs the implementation of digital technologies related to business sustainability in the post-COVID era, as innovative strategies fluctuate to a great extent across global boundaries and they are instructive of how the factors of competitiveness can affect international businesses. The author has researched the organisational innovative change strategies in order to examine the extent to which these impacts might influence business model practices. The recent emphasis on organisational change in global research needed to be complemented by in-depth analyses of the competitive business models, which provided and guided access through the theoretical domains. According to the forthcoming digital transformation era, global corporations have to apply constant innovative strategies in order to maintain their global competitiveness.
