For this reason, this book investigates the efficiency of synchronous machine, using different order models, to describe the dynamic behavior of wind energy and to deal with the influence of the integration of an energy source at the base of synchronous machine on the security and stability of the electricity grid. Five different synchronous machine models are presented. Furhemore, this book proposes to inegrate the TCSC between buses 2 and 5 and shows its influence on power grid. The recommended network is the IEEE 14 bus. A comparative efficiency performance is obtained by processing active and reactive power, showing the evolution of the dynamic angle and voltage.
