Naveed Ahmed examines the impact of structural reform strategies of International Financial Institutions (IFIs) on the rule of law, good governance and development in Pakistan. The World Bank, the IMF and other international financial institutions have a mixed track record of success in Pakistan. This book seeks to understand why this is.
