This book in an important study which focused on knowledge management as an indispensable part of any efficient and effective organization in this age of digital economy. The study showed empirically how explicit and implicit knowledge management can influence organizational performance in organizations. Kuwait University was the case study were hypotheses regarding correlations between knowledge Management activities (creation, acquisition, storage, diffusion, application, information technology), and organizational performance were tested. The study results gave support to the hypotheses of high positive correlations. Study results emphasized that all organizations allocate enough resources to provide infrastructure, and process capabilities needed to provide knowledge support for organizational activities. Managerial implications for organizations were outlined.
