Roslan Talib, architectural degree from UW- Milwaukee USA in 1986 and Master's degree from Kent State, Ohio in 1988. Had vast experience within the built environment field either within the Government sector or in the private sector as well as in the academic field. He received his PhD scroll from the Universiti Sains Malaysia in Penang in 2023.
