Poverty is a harsh and undesired phenomenon in mankind. Reducing, if possible eradicating poverty is unquestionable. Thus, microfinance programs have been considered as one of the main instruments in poverty reduction in recent development agenda. Mr. Abebe Bayu has obtained MSc degree in Accounting and Finance. He is a lecturer of Accounting and Finance in Bahir Dar University, College of Business and Economics. Currently he is a PhD fellow in Andhra University, India.He published and participate in various research.
