The objective of the research was to examine how organization culture could influence the performance of total quality management practices. The researcher developed a theoretical model by using existing theories on organization culture, learning culture, blaming culture, employee empowerment & TQM. The study was carried out using both quantitative & qualitative methods for research analysis. The questionnaire was developed and distributed among the employees by selecting them in a stratified sampling basis. Accordingly data was collected & tabulated. The independent variables were learning culture, blaming culture and employee empowerment whereas the depending variable was TQM. The research approach was inductive in nature & the data collection methods were, face to face interviews, focus group and a structured questionnaire. Most employees strongly agreed that they correct errors as soon as it was detected. The researcher also found that manager's category indicated more willingness to learn & commitment to promote learning culture. Employees admitted that they were given clear direction and training on what to do & how they were evaluated against the organization measurements.
