A scholarly research conducted in six pharmaceutical companies in Egypt to measure employees' perception of organizational justice, and its impact on their willingness to exert organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Employees were classified by their gender, their managerial level, their years of experience, and the sector they work in. Results show that organizational justice is one of the antecedents of OCB, along with other factors discussed in literature.
