Random sampling technique was used. Analysis of the data was carried out by Mean, Standard deviation, t- test, one-way AN OVA, Post Hoc Tests and multiple correlations were computed by means of SPSS 10*^ version. The findings of the study points out that there was a significant influence between the demographical variables like gender, medium, place of stay, father education, father occupation, mother education, mother occupation, parental income, number of children, t5^es of school and types of syllabus with Emotional and Behavioral problems. Based on the findings of the study a set of recommendations were formulated.
