Findings revealed that most of the respondents agreed that school inspectors' recommendations improved Schools management. Teachers in private schools hold better perception on school inspection activities than public school teachers. Male teachers hold the same perceptions as female teachers regarding inspection activities on schools. Older teachers tend to have better perceptions of inspection activities on school discipline and school development than younger teachers. Qualified teachers tend to have lower perceptions of inspection activities on school governance, and experienced teachers tend to have lower perceptions of inspection activities on school documents.
