El¿bieta Czarny is Professor of Economics at the Institute of International Economics of Warsaw School of Economics. She specializes in theoretical and empirical research on international economics, especially on regionalism. And¿elika Künar holds a Ph.D. in Economics of the Warsaw School of Economics. She specializes in international economics and trade in services. Jerzy Menkes is Professor of Law, Head of the Department of International Law and International Organizations in Warsaw School of Economics. He is the President of the Polish Branch of the International Law Association (ILA). He specializes in public international law and international economic law.
