The European Union Membership of Turkey has been an endless issue for both Turkey and EU for more than fifty years. Nevertheless, with the launch of Candicacy and Negotiations in 1999 and 2005, this process has speeded up with positive attitudes of the both sides. Resolutely, there have been always some factors which sometimes slows down or speeds up the progress of Turkish government to implement EU adoption law (acquis communautaire) over the years such as cultural, historical and social differences between Turkish and European communities. Besides these, decisions of the politicians are also important. Moreover the media effect should be taken into account, too since the media are significant elements for National decision making process. In this academic research, the Turkish media effect over the EU Negotiations and National decision making process of Turkey is debated by the comparison of three significant media groups in Turkey from left wing, center and the right wing between the time period of 2004 and 2010. The news made by these media groups will be analyzed from the view of cultural, social and political traditions of Turkey and European Union.
