A well-defined job analysis is a must to be performed in each organization. Its importance has a tremendous effect on employees' performance and overall organization success. In this project we are going to prove this through a survey done by Job Analysis Questionnaires that was distributed among Islamic banks. The main objectives of this study are: assessing the importance of defining jobs through their analysis and its effect on understanding ones job duties and tasks and to highlight the role of HRM to ensure an effective job analysis, and the final decision made to hiring personnel fit for the job and if there is any needed training to complete the hiring in order to reach the ultimate organizational goals.
