Stephen Obeng Awuah recebeu a sua licenciatura em Psicologia e Sociologia. Depois do meu serviço nacional no Serviço de Imigração do Gana (Sede - Acra), obteve o seu Mestrado em Administração de Empresas (MBA) em Recursos Humanos. Em 2008/2009, teve o privilégio do Serviço de Imigração do Gana para uma licença de estudo.
