The universe of the present research has included four banks located in Peru and four banks located in Mexico, in the unit of analysis the methodology of scientific research was used, the survey as a technique to collect information from officials, managers and accountants of financial institutions in Peru and Mexico. Regarding the conceptual theoretical part, the work collected information from different officials who are experts in the activity of companies that offer services through the digital era and with digital personal credit products, helping the conclusions and data obtained to clarify the importance of the definitions with the topic in reference. For this research, the survey technique was used, for which the participation of 84 people among officials, managers and accountants of financial institutions in Peru and Mexico was requested, whose information was collected through a digital survey to later present the results with graphs and their respective interpretations.
