Quotations referring to the singing voice from the book of Genesis to Revelation will be pondered in this paper. The importance of the voice to convey the message present in the length and grandeur of the biblical text, the value of singing as an act of communication, worship and prayer, is a form and a part of praise to God. The young person and the adult if taught to experience and understand the meaning of the words they sing will become more sensitive to the influence of the message of the text. Choral music in the liturgy helps to increase the spirituality of those involved. Prayer, praise, gratitude, and singing to God leads the human heart to light, health, and blessings. God is the conductor of the universe and leads a divine work with a great orchestra and an extraordinary choir of male and female voices. Every human being is an instrumentalist and/or a choir member, and must be very attentive to the Maestro's direction. The musician needs to study and practice every dayto be ready to interpret the score perfectly. The Creator's project as a conductor is sublime. We as interpreters, of this great divine work, need to pray and watch to participate in this sacred plan.
