The article in this book is the result of an integrative literature review and contains information about multiprofessional work within the Family Health Strategy (ESF), as a tool adopted to guarantee comprehensive care for primary care users. Studies carried out with ESF professionals, managers and users were used. A number of charts and tables are available containing the main data in relation to the problems faced by multi-professional teams and the contributions of the effective work of these teams to improving the health conditions of individuals and the community.
