To guide the analysis process, the theoretical approach of historical materialism is used, as it constitutes the paradigm with the greatest epistemological possibilities to account for an examination of the representation of ideas and at the same time the observation of the reality exposed in the research.

Es licenciada en Biblioteconomía por la Universidad Federal de Pará (UFPA), tiene una Maestría en Ciencias de la Información por la Universidad Federal de Paraíba (UFPB) y un Doctorado en Educación por la Universidad Luterana de Brasil (ULBRA) y es Bibliotecaria Documentalista de la Universidad Federal Rural del Amazonas (UFRA) en el Campus de Paragominas.
