How Not to Die Alone meets Yesterday in this wryly charming American tale of one man's struggle to undo his worst mistake. Rife with quirky comedy and cringy contrivances, The Improbable Existence of Life After Divorce will keep you abso-bloody-lutely laughing until the curtainfall. All Russell Brown really wants is to get back the almost perfect life he had before he ruined his reputation, destroyed his career, and crushed the woman he loves. But the only thing that could salvage the wreckage of his life is a time machine, and that's impossible . . . Or is it? "Never confuse the impossible with the utterly, thoroughly, completely, totally improbable." -Professor Stem Bik, Russell's best mate (de facto) and world's most brilliant physicist (self-nomination, pending) When Russell's meager inheritance leads him to a family secret of Einsteinian proportions, the alchemy to alter his past is at last within reach. But, first, he must conceal a hoard of stolen treasures, hide a dead body, and locate the elusive part to repair the device-all before time's up.

Autorenporträt
After publishing five books, R.M. Snider finally wrote a humorous novel, proving that she is occasionally funnier than her husband (who works in insurance, so it really shouldn't be this difficult). Her kids are also funnier than she is, but she likes to think she had something to do with that (never mind that they're all adopted).
