The constant improvement and re-signification of the educational process that is carried out in the present-day secondary education at the international and national level requires special attention to the improvement of teachers, especially those of the written word. It requires, therefore, a capable teacher trained in the ethical, political, ideological and scientific assumptions that make up the epistemological foundations for the reproduction, production and transformation of the strata of society in the sense of progress. It is in this sense, the work that is presented: The overcoming of the teacher of Spanish-Literature today. An approach to the studies of Spanish Grammar; it arises from the need, in the basic secondary education context, to update in our language classes, the way of teaching grammar. The subject Spanish-Literature is of great importance, because it prepares the student for the apprehension of the rest of the subjects, where grammar has a significant value not only in oral communication with others, but for the construction of written texts.
