This active stance of identifying the barriers that deaf students encounter in access to education. The question aims to demonstrate the importance of including the Brazilian Sign Language - LIBRAS as a subject in the school curriculum, respecting and complying with Decree No. 5.626/05. It also aims to clarify how politicians, society, school and family can participate to improve the quality of life of this citizen.
