Dev Modi has worked extensively in the leadership space in a range of industries and sectors both within the UK and globally, including the Middle East and North America. He has held senior roles such as Head of Inclusive Leadership at YSC Consulting, Head of Coaching at Grant Thornton and Senior Business Psychologist at the BBC. He is currently a Partner at Equiida, a leadership advisory business dedicated to inclusion, innovation and improving performance of major companies, globally. Dev's core areas of expertise are inclusion and diversity, inclusive leadership, leadership assessment and culture change. He currently works and lives in two cities, London and Malaga. He regularly volunteers his time to deliver personal development workshops to members of the public to raise funds for charitable causes close to his heart. Dev is a graduate of The London School of Economics and Political Science with a Bachelors in Management Science. He has a Masters in Organisational Psychology from City University.
