Jack Sanborn Has Been Chosen In 2044, America is on the brink-its government locked in a merciless, endless shutdown. The nation's economy is in free fall. With no hope of compromise, the silent majority finally reaches its tipping point. Autorenporträt
Brad Goodwin is a globe-trotting marketing and general management executive with a lifelong passion for writing, storytelling, and well-crafted thrillers that keep the pages turning. The Independent is his debut novel, crafted in the quiet hours after his family went to sleep. Brad grew up in the suburban sprawl of greater Toronto and studied economics and business at The University of Western Ontario. His 30-year international career in consumer goods has transplanted him from the shores of Milwaukee, Wisconsin to the rolling hills of Surrey, England. He now lives with his family among the loblolly pines of Chapel Hill, North Carolina. When not working, writing, or spending time with family, Brad enjoys traveling, hiking, and eating anywhere new. His other lifelong passions are learning to meditate without thinking of one of his characters and waiting for the Toronto Maple Leafs to win the Stanley Cup at least once during his lifetime.
