Mário Henrique Gomes est titulaire d'un diplôme d'enseignement, de qualifications postuniversitaires en administration scolaire et en gestion de bibliothèque scolaire, d'une maîtrise en sciences de l'éducation et en psychopédagogie et d'un doctorat en sciences de l'éducation. Anabela Pinto est titulaire d'un diplôme d'enseignement, d'une qualification postuniversitaire en éducation spéciale et d'une maîtrise en sciences de l'éducation.
