Therefore, it considers the interaction processes of the beams with the nominated targets. Hence, it includes; ¿ Adhesion improvement of PTFE by low energy ion beam irradiation. ¿ Metalization of PTFE by ion beam sputtering process. ¿ Surface modification of PET by low energy ion beam irradiation.
