The present scientific composition deals with the question To what extent do corporate philosophy and business culture influence the process of strategic decision making ? In our time, more and more importance is attached to the terms of corporate philosophy and corporate culture, which shows the current relevance of this question. The corporate philosophy, which a company consciously offers to the public, reflects on the one hand its personnel management-, treatment and recruitment and on the other hand it shows the preferred way of marketing strategy. The most important aspect in this connection is that by analyzing the according corporate philosophy and culture, it is possible to draw a conclusion to the respective long term strategic direction of a company.
