The author is an experienced educationist and administrator and holds a bachelors degree in education (Kenyatta University), a Masters degree in Project Planning and Management (University of Nairobi) and currently finalizing her PhD studies from Kabarak University. She is also the principal of Moi Girl¿s High School Kamusinga.
