The purpose of the research is to determine the influence of the quality assurance model in the educational management of an educational institution in Trujillo, and which is established under the pre-experimental design, besides being quantitative and descriptive, we worked with a population of 97 workers including teachers, administrative and cleaning staff, by applying simple random sampling a sample of 26 workers was determined, applying a questionnaire to measure educational management; this research found encouraging results, since the level of educational management at the beginning of the research was at a2 medium level with 53. 8% and high level with 30.8%, then after the evaluation of the quality assurance model the level of educational management improved to the high level in 61.5% and medium in 30.8%, also resulting in an average score above 15.35 with a significance of p<0.01, reaching the conclusion that the perception of the actors of the institution is that the quality assurance model influences very significantly (p<0.01) in the educational management of the Educational Center of the City of Trujillo, in 2019.
