S. Ivanova est docteure associée depuis 2014 au Département de "Nutrition et Tourisme" à l'UHT-Plovdiv, Bulgarie et donne des cours et des séminaires sur des sujets liés à ce domaine - "Tour Opérateurs et activité de transport", "Organisation de restaurants". Elle a publié 3 livres et 65 articles et participe à des forums scientifiques internationaux.
