O autor nasceu em Bolobo a 27 de Julho de 1956 e é licenciado em educação pela Universidade de Kisangani. É deputado provincial no círculo eleitoral de Bolobo desde 2006. Em 2016, foi eleito relator da Mesa da Assembleia Provincial de Mai-Ndombe.
