Autorenporträt
Dr Sakaria M. Iipinge is a lecturer of Education, in the Department of Curriculum, Instruction and Assessment Studies at the University of Namibia (UNAM). Prior to this, he was the Vice Rector at the Windhoek College. He holds a BA from Wartburg College (USA), an MS from Iowa State University (USA) and a Ph.D (Curr and Inst) from UNAM.
