This research work deals with the opening up of teacher-researchers in Guinean universities to the use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs), i.e., the integration and appropriation of these technologies in the university curriculum and their impact on the professional performance of teacher-researchers. The omnipresence of ICTs in everyday life invites people to change their behaviour in all their socio-professional activities in order to take into account the new requirements of the modern world. This means that we are called to take into account the various applications that ICTs have allowed to capitalize in all sectors of activity. In the higher education sector, several studies have shown that the pedagogical integration of ICTs into the curriculum has made it possible to improve the professional performance of teachers, to develop skills and to promote learning. This study, entitled "The integration of information and communication technologies and the professional performance of teacher-researchers in universities in the Republic of Guinea", is part of the framework of the project.
