The theoretical framework of project pedagogy in the teaching of life and earth sciences and an overview of the Moroccan school system. This study shows that project-based pedagogy is currently used in the teaching of life and earth sciences in Moroccan schools. This is achieved through curricula offered at various levels of education, and also through extracurricular or socio-educational activities led by motivated individuals. The main problems seem to lie in the absence of a national program for project-based teaching in the life and earth sciences, in school organization, and in the lack of training and teaching materials for project-based teaching in the life and earth sciences. Actions undertaken by external contributors contribute to the integration of project pedagogy in the teaching of life and earth sciences in the school. However, they are limited.
