Autorenporträt
Valerie Brown comes from a family of nine, who was raised in the Albany, Oakland/San Francisco Bay Area. Valerie responded to the call of intercessory prayer in early 1989 and has been interceding for over 29 years. Valerie is a Prayer Evangelist who ministers and encourages those in the workplace, hospitals, homes, addiction recovery facilities, homeless shelters, and in homeless encampments as the Lord leads her. She coordinates prayer walks, crusades, conferences, retreats, and strategic prayer teams on mission trips. She has mentored youth and young adults in prayer and has hosted live Radio Prayer Programs in Oregon and in the Bay Area. She is currently attending Christ the King International Ministries where she is currently assisting her brother Pastor Marcus Brown and her Sister-in-law Co-Pastor Angie Brown with their church plant in the inner-city of East Oakland, California. Valerie has a desire to build God a House of Prayer where people can come and experience the Presence God and be healed, delivered, set free from every hang-up and yoke of bondage, and leave joyfully refreshed and at peace. Even them will I bring to my holy mountain, and make them joyful in my house of prayer: their burnt offerings and their sacrifices shall be accepted upon mine altar; for mine house shall be called an house of prayer for all people (Isaiah 56:7 KJV).
