Autorenporträt
Manuela Guilherme is a Senior Researcher at the Centro de Estudos Sociais at the University of Coimbra. She conceptualised and coordinated the ICOPROMO project on which this book is based . She is the author of Critical Citizens for an Intercultural World: Foreign Language Education as cultural politics, Multilingual Matters, 2002. Evelyne Glaser is director of the Centre for Business Languages and Intercultural Communication at Johannes Kepler University Linz, Austria. Her research interests include: intercultural communication, language acquisition, multicultural teams, aspects of global business and management, curriculum development. María del Carmen Méndez-García is a lecturer at the University of Jaén (Spain), where she teaches linguistics and ELT methodology at undergraduate and postgraduate level. Since 2006 she has cooperated with the Language Policy Division of the Council of Europe in the development of the project Autobiography of Intercultural Encounters.
