In this work, the International Baccalaureate program implementation is explored in both the United States and the United Kingdom. A culmination of action research and an analysis of data sources, this book presents information from both textual sources and eye-witness accounts. Looking at an array of Michigan IB schools along with the International Community School of London, England this book will provide the reader with a thorough understanding of what the IB program looks like within a classroom and ways in which one can be successfully implemented.
