Although justice is necessary in this conflict, where it conflicts with peace, peace should take precedence. It recommends that the Security Council should request the ICC to suspend prosecution to create way for peace.
Autorenporträt
Mr. Ntale holds a Master of Laws (LLM) degree in International Law from University of Cambridge, a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from Makerere University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from Law Development Centre, Kampala. He is currently a Private Legal Consultant and a Lecturer at Islamic University in Uganda.
