It seeks to explain the functions of the UNRWA (United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees) in Palestine toward refugees in different sectors with special concern toward education, where it is regarded as a very important sector in society and the first priority for the UNRWA. It provides a description of the successful achievements of the UNRWA in making basic education free, available to all and compulsory for more than half a million children of Palestinian refugees in Gaza and the West Bank.

Autor: Ihab Imran Alsouse, ein finnischer Staatsbürger, der in Finnland lebt. Was mein akademisches Profil betrifft, so bin ich Doktorand an der Fakultät für Politikwissenschaft und Internationale Studien im Bereich Sicherheitspolitik an der Universität Warschau, Polen. Ich habe mein Masterstudium in Internationalen Beziehungen und Europäisch-Asiatischen Studien an der TUT in Estland absolviert.
