This research was case in Madhya Pradesh, India .Rock shelters of Bhimbetka in risan district , villages around Bhopal that Bhil,Rathwa and Gond communities lived and the Bhopal city .Beside government organization it is better to point out international development and funding agencies for help to development in India .In 2018 India had growth in economic development and human development .
