All of this does not favor agricultural growth in the region. This study used experimental and comparative methods, supported by guided interview techniques and document analysis. The results show that the bulk of the extension work done is still the distribution of agricultural inputs and materials. However, true agricultural extension is also the one that consists in giving permanent technical support to farmers so that they can appropriate the agricultural knowledge that has been extended.
