Geógrafo de formação, ABDOULAZIZ Boubacar Barazé é engenheiro em gestão de resíduos e poluição. Membro da Rede de Investigação em Ciências Sociais sobre Resíduos, é atualmente Conselheiro Técnico para a Higiene e Saneamento na Cooperação Alemã para o Desenvolvimento Giz/Níger.
