Growing up Catherine was taught that is was better not to be seen or heard and she spent most of her life hiding behind an invisible mask. She started to pretend to be someone she wasn't so others would like her. While hiding behind her mask, she desperately wanted someone to notice the real her, to be loved and accepted. Through her journey in finding acceptance, she found God. He seen through the masks and loved her regardless. During her journey of finding out who she is in Christ, she wrote various prayers in forms of poems and wrote some of her encounters where she saw God at work in the life of other through her and in her life. Catherine has worked with the youth at her church for over twelve years, has helped with many Christian retreats, like women, youth, and grown adults. She has spoken at various retreats, mom groups, and women events. Catherine has the heart for the lost and hurting. She runs and organizes girls retreats to help them combat the world's view of what women should look like, act, and think. She helps the young ladies who attend to find their true identity in Christ. Catherine calls herself an Invisible and her heart's desire is to help other Invisibles in the world find a relationship with their loving Father in Heaven, to help them take off their Masks and to give them hope. As she says, "Even a glimmer of Hope is still hope."
